Case Study: A client had a need for  a sales training kit that encompassed several components. am3  designed and produced a self contained kit that was able to conveniently house all training elements.

Project:

Client had a need to produce a sales training kit that included;

•DVD
•Facilitator Guides
•Participant Workbook
•3 Complete Board Games
•Accessories

Initially they intended to ship the three games, packaged in 3’s, in conjunction with the other components.

Solution:

am3  designed and produced a self contained kit that was able to conveniently house  all three games and training elements. This resulted in;

1.Cost savings on packaging
2.Cost savings on fulfillment
3.Cost savings on storage
4.Cost savings on inventory
5.Cost savings on shipping
